Sunday 9/23/07
Who: Go'al'enu & Adora
When: Sunday Afternoon
Where: Go'al'enu's apartment
What: These two catch up and talk about old times!
After a thoroughly irritating conversation with that student, Ava, Adora had just about hit her limit of what she could handle today. First, she had to sit there and try not to think about the fact that she was very aware that Blake and Hope were off having some sort of a "friend excursion" when she knew very well that she and Blake were supposed to be having a date tomorrow night. Then, that little brat had the balls to rub it in Adora's face practically. Good lord she hated students. Hated them with a passion!
Now seemed like as good a time as ever to go... find something to do. Just as she thought she would, Adora briefly considered seeing Ric and then realized she just didn't really feel like it. He was a fun lay, yes, but she wasn't exactly in the mood to have someone mess with her brain again. She was having a hard enough time trying to gear herself up for this date with Blake and convince herself she would not be a completely heartless bitch about it.
There was only one person at this school that she could think of that probably knew her when she was softer, kinder, and much younger. That was Go'al'enu. She'd only just realized he'd arrived, and so, after a few minutes of searching, she managed to find his quarters and rap on his door. Still in her jeans and white button-down shirt, she looked every bit like the same bravado-driven, flirtatious woman she always was. It had been well over a hundred years since the two of them had seen each other, though, and in that time, she probably had gone from looking like a young twenty-something to an older twenty-something. That and her hair was brown now. She used to keep it blonde much more than it was now.
The moment the door opened, Adora couldn't help but rest herself against his door frame, grinning. "Well, look who is in town, tall, dark and handsome."
