Giggling, Zevira snuggled down enough to rest her cheek on his shoulder after he put his arms around her. Sometimes she was shocked, shocked, that she was so comfortable and intimate around a boy. This must be what her mother meant when she said sometimes people just clicked and you knew it was perfect. Z wouldn't doubt it, but she didn't want to get her hopes up. They were young. Things happened.
But her mind did not go to the gutter. Bad, Vinnie. Bad.
"My jeans?" echoed Zevira, then opened her eyes as one of her hands pat her hip. She had totally forgotten because she was already comfortable, but changing would have been nice. Sighing through her nose, humming, she gave a nod and weakly pushed herself up. So now she had to get up anyway. Wonderful.
"If you don't mind...that'd be nice. Thank you." She looked at him like he was sweetest thing ever because, really, to her he was.
