Who: Sally Evans and Scott Morgan
What: Catching up and exploring a magical island.
When: Thursday afternoon
Where: The Isle of the Blessed/Avalon/whatever you want to call it.
Warnings: None, most likely?

Sally had two motives for agreeing to Scott's suggestion that they check out the Isle. First off, she genuinely wanted to spend some more time with the older brother she hadn't seen in years. They had spent a little time together while she had been staying in the castle following Mr. Morgan's funeral, but that had generally been a familial environment and, with a family the size of theirs, there hadn't been much room for quality time.

Her second motive was an inherent desire to see more of this strange place. She had only come to the Isle once, only a few days prior to the death of her brothers' father, and had been initially too freaked out to stay long. Now her shock had been replaced by curiosity. She wanted to see this place that Nimueh spoke of with such longing, this place where the old magic was still strong. Even during the swiftness of her earlier visit, this fact hadn't escaped her, and she had been able to sense that the magic was in every stone, in every blade of grass that made up this last relic of a long dead world. A world that Nimueh was far too eager to resurrect.

"The boat should be around here somewhere," Sally called over her shoulder to Scott as the siblings reached the shore of the fog covered lake that separated the mainland from the Isle. Narrowing her eyes a little, she strained to see through the mist, trying to remember where she had left the boat upon her return visit. Upon locating where it sat, docked and rocking a little on the water, a relieved sigh escaped her. "Aha, found it!"
