That was cute, that little lip bite thing. Christ, she was attracted to him. And not just in that passing 'he's kinda cute' sort of way, either. The vodka had broken her, and the weird part was she didn't even mind. In fact, it was kind of thrilling, all new and different. Especially when he got a little closer and told her he was going to kiss her. She took a deep breath, not really sure what to expect but willing to go with it. "Okay."
Clem wasn't disappointed. It definitely wasn't what she was used to. Not quite as soft, but still nice. Really nice. She ran a hand up the side of his face, amused by the rough feel of stubble, at odds with the way his lips felt. Rather than pulling back, she slid in closer and changed the angle of the kiss. It was like exploring, only a hundred times more fun. By the time she decided she should probably breathe again, her heart felt like it was about to beat out of her chest, and her face felt hot. She probably had twice the giddy feelings of a normal person, what with Kaylee paying very close attention to what was going on.
Clearing her throat, she ducked her head, not quite sure why she felt so shy all of a sudden. "I don't usually...you're the first guy I've kissed in awhile." She knew how that sounded, and it made her laugh nervously. "But, uh, don't let that stop you from doing it again..."
