At this point Morgan knew just how wrong this all was, how wrong she was. It wasn't that she didn't care, she just... When it came to Matt, she couldn't ever say no. Didn't want to either. She knew she couldn't blame that all on Kate, that was partially Morgan too, but Kate certainly didn't help make matters any easier. Sure, Morgan had feelings for Matt. And Kate had feelings for Jack. Kate and Jack were just these two magnets that wouldn't take no for an answer, and Morgan and Matt were more than happy to please all parties involved. It was a problem. Sooner or later they were going to get caught, Morgan knew this. Kate was certainly no help, after Morgan's very public spat with Todd over the boards, she'd only encouraged Morgan to go seek comfort with Matt. Which she did, and Morgan couldn't say she'd entirely regretted it. Morgan had never felt so guilty in her entire life.
She and Matt had met up that afternoon while Todd was off selling houses, when all else failed Miami had become a default location for their various meetings in the interest of continuing their secret love affair. For one thing, no one would ever think to look for either of them there, and second, at this point there was a bit of a sentiment attached to it that was only shared by the two of them. After an extremely passionate encounter in a hotel, they'd checked out of the room and went down to a bar across the street. Now for about an hour or so they'd been curled up together in a booth in the corner, Morgan leaning into the crook of his arm and nursing a gin and tonic. She was entirely reluctant to leave, and was thinking of every possible thing that could in any way prolong this afternoon just a little bit longer.
"So, these mysterious plane tickets. Are we actually going to use them?"
