Spotted: PP and BZ having an intimate dinner at BB's house. Seems that PP is moving has switched favourite flavours from vanilla to chocolate... wonder if the vanilla feels left out. AP letting CW that he has met the family, or at least BW, while in Morocco, much to CW's clear surprise. DT and OW playing a friendly game of pool in London. LB was very busy this week, first meeting with SL to get the fashion designer's new line into her magazine, and then hiring innocent RZ as the new receptionist for her magazine's offices. Wonder if LB knows about her new hire's tendency to add a little extra to people's drinks? And RZ wasn't LB's only hire this week; she also managed to snag EB from Witch Weekly- who can't be very pleased at losing their writer.

Writer boy AG scoring an interview with DT at his home in Ireland. Not only did AG score and interview, he also scored a date- with none other than ice queen ME. The two shared dinner at a romantic Italian restaurant before AG escorted ME home. Seems the Ice Queen is too cold to allow a starving writer inside on a first date. After getting into a bar brawl, SF was sent to anger management classes, which included a yoga class taught by LT. SF is supposed to be there to calm down, but I can't help but wonder if watching LT twist into yoga positions will do more firing up than anything.

AJ throwing a "congrats on being single" bash for AS on Friday at the Beater's Bat. Among those in attendance were CR and KB, as well as quite a few other Gryffindors. AJ had help from OW planning the party. Although I do believe its hard to get any planning done for a party when your tongue is done the other person's throat...

Well my lovelies, it seems like not everyone had as much fun at the ball as I did. Apparently, DT was not amused by a few pranks played by GW and his accomplice RZ. The Howler he send to GW at the ball was rather... enthusiastic. And he seemed quite upset when he ran into GW at the Leaky later that week. One can't help but wonder just why he was so upset. It seems I'm not the only one wondering, though. When GW mentioned the Howler to HJ over ice cream, she was just as confused as he was. And of course, I doubt PP was very pleased about the additions to her menu either. If she's simmering over it, as I think she is, I pity GW when she finally lets loose. Then again, perhaps PP has too much on her mind to worry about GW. She's always going on about how she only dates the best wizards in Pureblood society, but the truth is that she's dating a Muggleborn wizard! They've been spotted on several dates in Chelsea, and rumor has it that one or two of those dates took place over night.

In celebrity news, it seems like CR has gotten herself a manager. She and JV were seen out to dinner this week, finalizing their plans. Do you think the other Kitty Cat's know that their lead singer seems to be branching out on her own?

Usually it's the celebrities that you hear drug rumors about. But it seems they're not the only ones that give in too temptation. Rumor has it that LL grows more than just herbs in her garden. Rumour has it that she also has a patch of "Datura", also known as "Devil's Weed", a plant which is known to cause living dreams and hallucinations if ingested! Perhaps we've finally found an explanation for LL's incredibly odd moods...

Sightings: GD interviewing with SL for a job; it seems our little French witch means to stay around. CR sitting at a table in a restaurant with RZ. Seems this shy little witch has a thing for celebrities. And possibly red-haired wizards, if that tell-tale blush on her face when a certain wizard was discussed is any indication. AP and BW trying to break curses on the same Crypt in Morocco. Seems the fact that AP is dating BW's brother doesn't stop two men from hurling curses at each other. Wonder if CW knows about his lover and his brother's run-in.

Happy day-after-single-awareness-day everyone! (Would that be D.A.S.A.D.?) Hope the day wasn't horrible for everyone. I myself had a marvelous time, especially at that Masquerade Ball. You may have thought you were hidden behind your masks, my darlings, but I saw everything.

Ball Sightings: AP and CW arriving more than just fashionably late... and looking rather rumpled when they did. Surprisingly, PP didn't seem too surprised to see AP's date. Although that gorgeous emerald and diamond necklace, a gift from BZ, might have gone a long way towards her surprisingly pleasant mood. Innocent little RZ slipping something extra into the punch bowls. Who would have thought she had it in her? ME dancing with a mystery man who turned out to be AG. If you thought it was the punch, you were wrong. It seems the cupid dust was spiked as well, if the kiss shared by AG and ME after a little sprinkle was any indication. SL wearing one of her own gowns, but coming without a date. Perhaps she hasn't found a new bank account to latch onto just yet. DT arrived with HJ, but spent much of the night talking to other women; including ME, AJ and RZ. Once a ladies man, always a ladies man... AS is apparently recovering well from her recently announced split. She arrived at the ball in a stunning red gown, accompanied by OW. Perhaps our publicist has a thing for giving her clients a little extra service? At any rate, she doesn't seem to mind her new single status.

And of course, even with a Masquerade Ball as a distraction, the rumor mill keeps turning. And the latest rumors are just as good as always...

OW has been seen with an old female school friend on more than one occasion... the only problem is she's married! Think all Hufflepuffs are innocent? Well, think again! HA is secretly running an illegal potions ring out of the Leaky Cauldron. A source reports that she was seen giving someone a bottle of an unidentified potion to a customer. I myself can't help but wonder what KB thinks of that. Because rumor has it that the healer is dating HA-- even though she's his patient! I know I'm not the only girl thrilled to see BZ back in England. But from what I've heard, the real reason BZ is back in England is not his advertising business, but mafia business. He's here bringing a new faction of the Italian organized crime world to London!

Oh how I love gossip. The juicier the better, and today it's all very juicy.

OW has fired his current publicist/agent due to their poor handling of the new, scandalous tell-all book OW's father is about to release. The book is said to dish about a number of things - both true and not - about OW and his family over the years. Seems like ME isn't pleased to find the rumor about her actions with her predecessor revealed to everyone. And neither was her father, judging from what he said to her in his office on Wednesday. Shortly after, ME was seen running out of the Ministry, and ended up drinking the night away at a bar where she ran into DT. I've no idea what a tramp and a rock star have to talk about, but after DT left, ME slugged down a few more ales and stumbled home. Even I have to admit that her drunk journal entry was incredibly amusing. Even more amusing is how she blubbered to her only friend CC the next morning about how much she hated her Daddy. It seems like AP and CW are getting more and more serious. Especially since I've learned that AP is planning on taking CW to the Valentine's Masquerade Ball. I can't help but wonder what PP, DG, and all the rest of society's best will think of that.

Sightings: A rather surprising meeting between GW and DG, who seems to be planning on making her mark in the Advertising business by snagging WWW as her first company. Miss Innocent RZ quite literally bumping into RW in Diagon Alley and then sitting rather close beside him on a nearby bench afterwards. Too bad HG wasn't there to see RZ getting her hooks into RW; I bet it would have been a sight. CC joining BZ in his private box at the ballet. And as everyone knows, one can't always see into the good boxes, so who knows how much of the second half they actually watched. HJ blowing off DT to go on a date for someone else. Perhaps BW spending time away from his newly born child to be in Morocco?

There are rumours aplenty flying about this week, and I've got the scoop on all of them! AG has been telling everyone that his recent trip to the States was for research purposes. But an exclusive source says that he was actually there for an illicit affair with a married witch! And not only that, but he was recently spotted at a London jeweler buying a trinket for his mistress. Looks serious! Seems HJ is a witch on the prowl, and she's set her sights sky high, complete with limousines, controversial rock climbing, sand, surf and bikinis. HJ's definitely living the high life, compliments of her newest flame, DT. Wonder if he knows about those pesky commitment issues of hers... Hopefully, he'll find out before she leaves him at the altar, like she did her last paramour. We all couldn't help but wonder how ME managed to get her promotion. But it looks like she had a little help. Rumour has it that ME got her job by sleeping with her boss's former assistant! Talk about "working" your way up the ladder. CW's new squeeze has got so serious that he'd contemplating leaving the dragons behind to live in England-- and it sounds like he might be working his way up to a new Ministry job curiously fast...


Sightings: CW and DT getting completely pissed at CW's place in Romania. Judging from his journal post, it seems DT got more than a bit hung-over. CR and AG sharing drinks at the bar of The Fantastic Beast. It seems that single girls are attracted to AG too- though we're not sure how, he managed to score an invite to spend a few days in Germany with CR and her band! GW showing up at a dance club with shy little RZ. Someone is breaking out of her shell, but seems a bit unsure of what to do with the attention she's getting. Luckily GW was there to fend off her groping admirer.


The day of love is getting closer, and I've just received my invitation for a Valentine's Masquerade Ball. Looks like it might be a good shindig, but I can't help but wonder if the guest list might be a bit lacking. Stay tuned, maybe I might just decide to take matters into my own hands!

According to my source at the Ministry of Magic, DT is embroiled in drama yet again. Several sources reported to me early this morning that DT was called in to the offices of ME in regards to a Howler sent about him from the Australian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. One wouldn't expect the job of lecturing a rock star to go to a minor employee like ME, but it seems that she was the only one with the guts to do it. Another source reports an argument between major players in three Ministry departments on Saturday because none of whom wanted to be the ones to give the lecture to DT.

In an unsurprising twist, DT didn't seem to take well to being lectured. He was seen striding out of the ME's office barely a couple minutes later, without even sitting down. I can't help but wonder, just what did Mr Rock Star do in Australia to get himself in so much trouble? I hear it had something to do with Ayers Rock... and that he wasn't alone. It's up to you, dear readers, to get the scoop and fill us all in. Until next time...

Have any of you entered the latest WWN contest to win a concert from the Kitty Cats? From my experience, any party where CR is involved is a rockin' time. Then again, judging from what I've seen lately, it doesn't seem like any of you need help having a good time...

Spotted: Last Thursday, BW and HJ were spotted having "lunch" at the Leaky Cauldron. HJ looked quite upset about an unknown something, but soon seemed quite cozy with BW comforting her, complete with hugs and kisses. One wonders what BW's wife might think about that show of "friendship". Seems our favourite red-haired family is on a roll this past week; RZ and GW were seen sitting quite closely and even holding hands in the middle of WWW. And later that same day, GW seemed very smug to be seen with CR having some food in the Leaky Cauldron. We wonder if either of them have had a chance to count all the freckles on his body... certainly quite a few people in the Alley did, when GW somehow managed to make his wall disappear in the middle of taking a shower. A very fond thanks for that mistake, Mr GW. Unfortunately that glorious view didn't last long, as DT happened to wander by at the right moment to help fix the "mistake". It appears that Miss Ice Queen, ME, managed to get herself a promotion at the Ministry. Who would have thought that she'd be considered trustworthy enough for such an opportunity? But apparently not everyone considers her an Ice Queen, as she was spotted this week with AG at Flourish and Blotts, followed by lunch at a Diagon Alley cafe.


Valentine's Day may be a few weeks away, but judging from what I've seen around the city, it seems like love is already in the air. But just a remember gentlemen (and ladies to), Valentine's Day is only 16 days away! And as this message I received shows, not all of you are so sure about what you get your significant others:

Normally I'd say subtle hints are your best bet, but we all know that men are thick-headed creatures who wouldn't recognize a hint if it had great tits and danced naked in front of them. So my advice to you is to be a little more obvious. Mention the name of your favourite restaurant as often as you can. Tell him how much you're looking forward to your first Valentine's Day being special. And if worst comes to worst, make him a special package: a matchbook or napkin from the restaurant with the name circled in black marker, a picture of the gift you want, and a big bright yellow note that reads: "Oi, you, pay attention!" I'd say that would get the job done.

Well you've all been busy little bees, reporting your gossip to me. This latest tidbit is almost as juicy as the last. It seems that DT was spotted in Kilmartin, Scotland, Saturday night, escorting HJ to dinner at a local pub called the Broken Boot. My source says they arrived in a very posh limousine -- HJ was dressed very nicely -- and had convivial conversation all evening before DT took HJ home again. In the Limousine.

Seems like DT is on a roll, doesn't it? I wonder what his other conquests have to say about it.

Breaking news, my loves. One of our favourite bass players, DT, was spotted in the R'n'R Dungeon at the Dublin Gaiety Theatre Late Night Clubs on Thursday night, snogging none other than CW. Later that night, a tipsy DT escorted a clearly inebriated CW home -- but to whose home is not known. Now we're all well aware of the sexual proclivities of rock stars... but what about dragon tamers? Now that's an interesting turn of events.

Did you miss me, my loves? Sorry for my recent silence. I took a trip to Chamonix, France for some of the best skiing in Europe. And, of course, some of the fittest ski instructors. But don't worry, my eyes are always open and even if I wasn't here to see what was going on, I know plenty of people who were. And there were some very interesting things going on these past couple weeks...


Spotted: AP and CW together again. First running into each other at Gringotts, then chatting on the rooftop at CR's New Years Even party, and more recently bumping into each other at a rock club in London. Am I the only one who is starting to wonder if this isn't as much coincidence at it seems?

CW seems to attract the interest of numerous people, including CR who couldn't stop flirting with him at her NYE party. And apparently, AP doesn't only spend his time with a certain red-haired wizard, as we also saw him enjoying lunch with one PP (who was rocking a gorgeous pair of Jimmy Choos, I might add).

The biggest gossip around the Ministry of Magic recently was the major blow up that occurred in the lift when an unsuspecting HG and ME managed to get trapped in their together. Screams that loud haven't been heard since the time a certain Wizengamot member had a not-so-private rendezvous with his very vocal assistant. Although they certainly seemed to enjoy themselves more than HG and ME did. Seems old grudges die hard.

Also spotted were BW and RW having a few pints at the Leaky. There are some very nice genes in that family, wouldn't you agree ladies? But it looks like RW has no qualms asking his older brother for advice in dealing with the fairer sex. We just wonder what HG's thoughts are on the matter. Either way, it seems he took his brother's advice, since we spotted both RW and HG heading to lunch together a couple days later. KS, looking a bit like an animal on the prowl in her leopard-print dress, making a trip to one of the hottest new wizarding clubs with PP.

One of my more surprising spottings of the last couple weeks was KB waiting outside the Ministry for none other than ME. Seems the ice queen may be thawing slightly, especially with the help of the tea that she and KB had together. KB seems to have no trouble finding ladies to spend time with, we also spotted him with RZ shopping around London. Apparently she's his new receptionist, but they did seem very friendly. And to end on a red-headed note, Miss HJ seems to have a way with the ginger-haired brothers. She was seen having drinks CW one night, and then BW the next. What a lucky girl...


Well after spending a week up in the mountains of France, there's only one thing I want to do. Time for a shopping trip! I'll see you around, my loves.

Spotted: DM purchasing expensive jewelry. Perhaps for himself? Not unless he's in the habit of wearing pearl earrings. Which raises the obvious question: which lucky lady was on the receiving end of that holiday gift?

AP and CW, in the Hog's Head of all places, and on Christmas Eve, no less. One would have thought they'd have no problem finding witches perfectly willing to occupy their time... But perhaps they prefer the company of hags while they snark at each other through a haze of smoke. On the journals: MC wishing he'd been well enough to tend the Ball, and KS complaining about how boring it was. Apparently, he didn't miss much.


Hope you all received what you wanted for Christmas. I myself received a gorgeous new Fendi bag that I'll be proudly displaying in front of numerous envious eyes as soon as possible.

With Christmas over and gone, it's time to look forward to New Years Eve, and all the exciting parties that will surely be thrown. Who are you planning on snogging while ringing in the New Year? Make your choice carefully, because I'll be watching...

Well I hope you all enjoyed the Yule Ball as much as I did. Next time, perhaps we should all remember to keep count of how many drinks we had. Those glasses of champagne go by rather quickly.

Spotted: CW wondering why people never believe it when he acts innocent and unknowing. Speaking for numerous witches around Europe, I'd have to say it's because we're too busy dreaming about how not innocent he could be... At the Ministry Yule Ball: A rather scruffy looking AP sneaking into the ballroom after being turned away by an apparently fashion conscious doorman. PP drinking her fourth (yes, I counted!) glass of champagne of the night. We hear it can be lubricating, but it didn't seem to help during her awkward conversation with DM. Even more interesting to watch was the tension-filled conversation between our favorite flip-flopping couple, H and G. Awkward, much? Later in the evening, KS and PP plotting to bring some excitement into their humdrum lives, followed by an unrelated but surprising view of our favourite singing witch showing her knickers to a stunned waiter. Have a little much to drink, CR? And in the wee hours of the morning after the ball, TD bemoaning that she shouldn't have had those last few drinks. Well we can't fault her, it is easy to lose count. Especially if you were never counting in the first place...

Well if you hadn't noticed, it's Christmas Eve. I'm about to curl up with a cup of cocoa, a plate of sugar biscuits, and the latest Weird Sisters Christmas Record. Oh, and don't worry, I'll be keeping an eye on the chimney in case Santa Clause decides to make an appearance.

For any of you last minute shoppers, just a warning: I popped by Diagon Alley earlier today and it is hopping! So be prepared to fight the crowds as you duck into the shops and snag whatever is left.

Well before I head off to make that cup of cocoa, here's a gift tip: Wizards, there is nothing any girl likes more than a beautiful piece of jewelry. And witches, there is nothing a man likes more than seeing his girl in nothing but said piece of jewelry.

The Gossip Witch here. I'm sitting comfortably in my favourite chair, with a warm cup of tea in one hand and a certain special invitation on the table in front of me. The Ministry's annual Yule Ball is here, and we all know that everyone who is anyone in Wizarding society will be there. And if the history of such gatherings is any indication, I just know something delicious will happen. So witches, snap up that handsomest wizard you can find (and wizards, make sure to practise your dance moves), and make sure you snag the most gorgeous gown available. I myself just picked up a beautiful gown from... Oh dear, did I almost spoil the secret?

I'll be keeping an eye out for the best and worst dressed, and even more so, the best and worst behaved.
