She missed him. She'd be denying it if asked and said no. Asuna missed Kazuto more than she'd like to admit to anyone. They fit well together, complimenting each other and fighting well together. Besides which, they survived the impossible: the death game that neither should have survived. She was glad that this place wasn't like that. No one seemed to be dying left and right. There weren't any bosses to take down. This really did seem like another world she'd found herself in, one that if he were here, he'd be trying to analyze with that genius mind of his. She could so see him trying to get in touch with the tech experts mentioned and trying to figure out the Tesseract, among other strange things.
Adjusting to life here wasn't bad, but it wasn't easy. There was one other person who she knew she couldn't see here, couldn't possibly see here, because her memory was attached to Kazuto's Nerve Gear. Yui. The artificial intelligence program that had taken the shape of a young girl, who had decided that Asuna was her Mommy. It had broken Asuna's heart to hear those words, but she also loved the girl. It was amazing, that an AI could exhibit and understand such emotions as Yui could. Amazing and impressive. Was there anything like her here? She wondered, briefly, if someone here had the ability to create her here. Just a fleeting thought.
For now, Asuna had decided it was time that she probably take a look around and head out shopping. The card that they'd been given had some money on it, or so she was told. If there was anything SAO had taught her, it was how to survive on whatever was tossed at her. And survive is what she was going to do, but she was going to actually live here, too. That much was a given. She'd be doing him an injustice if she didn't live. Dressed in a red hoodie and a pair of jeans, Asuna walked down to the lobby and made her way outdoors. Standing just outside of the lobby of the apartment building, she shielded her eyes from the sun, then stepped outside and had plans to head to some sort of shopping center.
