"I guess it," America said, smiling as she stepped closer and plopped herself down. She shoved her hands into her pockets, tugging at her jacket at the same time, around her abdomen. She wasn't cold, per se. She had a light sweater under that jacket, at least. But the steps were crowded to begin with that she didn't plan on having any part of her trampled getting under the feet of passerbys walking up and down the stairs.
"I'm alright. Can't really feel it that much. I thought I'd get around, see the city while walking around instead of just going straight to where I need to go." She wasn't accustomed to sticking around long enough to enjoy holidays. She experienced some of that while with the rest of her team but for America, it was still a relatively new feeling. Not a bad feeling, but it would take some getting used to.
