Skye had never bought into SHIELD's policy of lying to people, of telling people just what their clearance dictated, but this wasn't even about that. Ward's lies hadn't been because of SHIELD or security clearance or anything like that. Ward was HYDRA. This entire time, he'd known exactly who the Clairvoyant was. He'd pretended to be a part of the team while he was working for the enemy at the same time. There was no explanation he could give her that would make that better.
"The mission? Ward, you're working for nazis. Your mission almost got me killed. It actually got a bunch of other people killed. You're insane if you think I give a rat's ass about your mission."
Damn right, she was angry. Someone she'd trusted and respected had betrayed them all. Even if this hadn't been Ward, though, there was no way she would give up that data. She didn't care what he or Deathlok or anyone else did to her. He might be a traitor, but she wasn't.
