I really don't like Christmas

Best dirty martini in town, and go?

Personally? Simone Martini Bar. East Village, 1st & Saint Marks.

Martini bar. That alone scares me with insane prices and really fancy clothes.

Actually, it's semi-casual and more of a trendy hole-in-the-wall. Pravda is twice the price, though still good.

Really? That might work for me. New York City's a lot more expensive than I remember it.

The best thing to do is ask locals for the little places that no one really thinks to mention. They're usually the more inexpensive route, and have the best atmosphere.

You learn to compensate for the fact that everything is overpriced.

Ask the locals. You know, the last time I tried asking locals for local tips, someone wrote "NO PARKING" on my car and then told me that's how I'd know there was no parking there.

How's the exactly?

From one of my trips to the City in my world, Pravda has one of the best. 281 Lafayette St, SOHO district.

Is it fancy or casual?

Casual, dress "nice" but not fancy, ya know? - and decent prices, too. Nothing too scary. I forgot how much a plain dirty is, but you get two for the price of one.

Not sure that's my kind of place. Me and dresses... we barely click at the best of times.

I wore nice jeans and a nice shirt last time - dresses NOT necessary! But no worries. Plenty of places here.
