[Voice Post, meant to be private but filter fail.]

Convince someone to go with me to shop for baby things. Note to self: save the encyclopedia set for college, ha ha.

Get job. Easier said than done, investigate potential listings for paralegals to start.

Find someone who can sew. Talk to T'challa about training and teaching position.

[/end (fail) private post.]

What kind of sewing? I've made period pieces before, dresses and uniforms. And I've modified clothes before. But I'm not a real seamstress.

Er, you saw that?

A uniform, of sorts. I've got a pretty bad tear in mine.

Yep, your voice, loud and clear.

I'm not good at darning socks. So no passing those over as some kind of uniform thing. Is needle and thread good enough, or will it need a patch? I can do either, but I don't actually have any patches right now.

Huh..

I don't think it will need a patch. I might take it to someone who is used to the type of uniform first, but if they can't do it I'll contact you. What was your name?

That's just common sense, there. I'm not offended. Caroline Forbes.

Matt Murdock. You're the vampire, right? We sort of spoke before.

I'm a vampire, and I'm the only Caroline Forbes I know of. We did. We also spoke when you were here before. It's always confusing re-meeting people.

You were friends with Elena, my best friend. She's here again too, but neither of you knows the other one. I doubt you can say much on that subject now.

I was? Maybe I ought to say hello to her again, even if it'd be the first time for both of us.

You sure can. She's not from the same time as before, been through a lot more. You seem about the same as always.

I'll be honest, from what I've been told it would make sense to say that but had I come from any point just before now people would see the difference. Is she a vampire too?

I'll take your word for it. I never read comics before, and yours aren't available here.

She is, now.

I can't actually imagine anyone finding my story worth reading unless they got off on the pain of other's or something.

Interesting.

I think it has more to do with wanting to be you and be a superhero. I mean, people like reading about vampires. People loooove watching my life, and a lot of people have died. So people will enjoy anything.

Can't tell much from that word.

Yeah but if they know what happens to me... trust me, they'd much rather be Captain America than me, and even then maybe not even him. It's not all glory being a hero.

I can't tell much from knowing she's a vampire. I don't suppose it makes much of a difference to me if someone is or isn't, I've just never been friends with one. Well, besides you, but even then we're still mostly strangers to each other.

But your lives aren't ever boring. I think people get bored easy enough to want something else, whether it's better or not.

Vampires are as different as people are, and here there are different kind of vampires. Not all worlds have vampires or have decent ones.

True. I suppose on some level everyone can find a reason to want to be someone else even for just a little while.

Are you superheroes all friends? You must be shopping for Jonesy. I mean to go and get somethin' for her child. It's the kind of support every new mother should have.

Apparently the private filters failed me, or I failed them. Whichever.

You call her JONESY? Ha ha ha, that's cute. She's an old friend of mine. She was my bodyguard for a while, actually.

I've only replied to filters and checked the 'keep the same filter' option. I've never made a private one or a semi-private thing before.

It's her nickname. At least, it's what she asked me to call her. I don't know how y'all have much to do each with so many superheroes around. But it's good to have friends like you.

Being that I can't exactly see if my voice commands are taking, I assume they are until proven otherwise.

Trust me, there is always something to do. Sadly enough.

There's no kind of feedback the computer gives, something out loud? It was nothing much here.

It's an awfully big city.

Probably, I just never thought to double check it.

It is, and a big world, and a big universe. My usual beat is just Hell's Kitchen.

If you start leavin' yourself voice diaries, you should check. No one likes their diary bein' open to the whole world.

How big is Hell's Kitchen? I don't know much about the size of neighborhoods up north.

I think I just won't leave myself voice memos unless I don't mind them being heard.

It runs from Eighth Avenue to the Hudson River and between 34th and 59th. Some people call it Clinton or Midtown West these days.

That's a smart way to be about it. I don't write anythin' on the internet I don't mind the whole world knowin'.

That don't mean much to me, Matt. Do you know how much land that is or how many people? I know those things.

Okay, okay, I don't really know the exact number myself but I gather there was a steady population for roughly.. forty thousand people? Maybe? It's dense, very dense. It's not even a full square mile.

From my experience, Janet Van Dyne is arguably the greatest sewer there is. As for training and teaching, yes. I may have to put my plans lower on my list currently as there are matters I must address first, but, give me another few weeks and we will meet. I have found a suitable location and am able to acquire assistance through non-profit organizations.

There is a reason I don't care much for computers.

Do you need any legal paperwork filed anywhere for this thing?
