Not knowing the future beyond the Warehouse being saved made Myka curious. Helena had explained everything that she knew to her and for awhile she had been content. Bering and Wells were reunited again and deep down that was what mattered. Watching Helena sacrifice herself had awakened what she had been denying. Something that she hadn’t quite realized was there. But this world had given Myka hope. Hope that the Warehouse wasn’t completely gone and the one woman who knew her better than anyone was very much alive. It didn’t matter that it was in the form of a television show. While it still unnerved her that their lives were considered fiction in this world it at least offered up the chance for answers. Answers that none of them may very well be given back home. Monday she had sat down with a handful of twizzlers by her side and had watched Warehouse 13. Only watching it had brought up more questions. Immediately jumping into the show without having researched what pieces of the future were missing had been an unwise decision. Myka should have searched online for the missing pieces and then sat down and watched the shows return to television. Wanting to get her thoughts under control and understood, Myka made sure to not clue Helena into her mental state. Living together made it harder to keep anything from the older woman; especially given the fact that Helena knew her better than anyone. As a means of avoiding discussing the show with anyone she took to showing the Victorian woman around modern day New York. Which had been entertaining to say the least. But now here she sat in Java Moment actually thinking about the show and what they'd seen. As well as her own feelings about Helena and Sykes. Myka was one to always want all the facts and answers but she was notorious for avoiding those answers that would impact her own life. The Warehouse had unravelled the closed off by the book agent and everything had spiralled down from that point. |
