This is Félix Rosales, a shapeshifter from Spain. Okay, I say that, but he's been in the states since he was 15. Anyway, he's been at the Boudon Estate since 2009. He worked in the forensics department until very recently (I guess the beginning of the year?) when he became a trainer.
