He is a concern, too, but not as high as Ren. He at least seems to have everyone else's voucher. It's good enough.

I could deal with Ren, I'm sure, since we did with the wedding. I just don't want to have to be questioned about last week.

It's a shame we couldn't all situate ourselves in one of the larger cities. I used to be able to hide away with ease in Chicago. Not as much here.

But it is a valuable point. And I wouldn't want you not to go because of me.

I don't suppose anyone has told us that we can't move. But the ranch is here, and it's not terrible except for the small town and running into people too easily bit.

I'm not stuck on it one way or another, Rey. If you're not ready - we could stay at the house or go another time, or just wait and see if he responds that he's going, any of those things really.

And I'm fond of the ranch. Unless it moved, I don't think moving is the best idea.

I'll deal. Maybe we'll get lucky and he'll leave it be. I mean, after all, he's kind of been quiet. And it was the other version of me who engaged him last week, not reverse.

It's a good place to live. Not that we couldn't find others, but there is something nice about being in a community where if I don't know what something is I'm not bothered by asking cause other people know we're not from round here.
