Then, the wind is knocked out of him as she shares the memory of him dying in her arms. He feels every ounce of Emma's panicked fear. He can feel her crying, scrambling to stop something that cannot be stopped. For a moment they trade places and it's her skin peeling and her gasping for air in his lap, reaching out, helpless. He watches someone he cares for and respects die a meaningless death. Then it's over, but his heart might still be pounding or his ears might still be ringing from it.] I'm so glad one of us is okay with it.

Money's a little tighter than usual, but we've got a grant for the Phimister School and some supplemental incomes from people in the mansion and Warren. So there's probably some in petty cash.
