See, that's ANOTHER reason to build stuff with legos. And I would hope legos didn't explode. That's not what they're made for. You coming?

Sounds good to me. There's definitely an... assortment of options for it to include. I can't say I can see how it'll become a whole. But planning + feeling right will figure it out, I'm sure. I'm not going to wait until Christmas.

Now you're just making it sound like a challenge. I wouldn't miss it.

I'll take a look at those with you. You gotta think about what kind of style you want, then figure out what weapon would fit it. Or the other way around. Me, I knew I wanted a scythe from the start, so all my training was built around that.

You've already got skills with swords. That might be your best starting point.

That makes sense. Even among the Jedi, there are seven official styles of lightsaber dueling, and those styles and other preferences around using your lightsaber can shape how you build yours. But... honestly I haven't even specialized there. I am used to working as part of a team/group for most fights, but obviously I still need to be able to hold my own. Basically... there's a lot to think about/determine.

Yes, most with swords. Some with knives. And some barehanded. Having a sword-esque option as part of its functionality would be good. If I had another kyber crystal, it could even be part lightsaber. But that's not something I can count on (sadly). But no :( face. This is all :DDD

Hey, you've got a better starting place for figuring all this out than most of the kids I taught. And you can get a long way toward figuring it out just focusing on your two most important weapons, your brain and your body. Think about how you move. Do you count on your speed or your strength to get you through a fight?

And I saw a lot of fights won or lost based on how good someone was at teamwork. I was always more of a solo act before, but my nieces and their friends, teamwork is where they're strongest. You can build your weapon around that too. Get some utilities in there, something for support to help the rest of the team out.

Tell you what, we'll get as many weapons as we can get our hands on, let you try them all out. Might even see if Clover will tag along to show off Kingfisher a little.

I'm strong, but I cannot count on being stronger than my opponents. One of my... advantages over most people here, most beings in fights we've had here, is pain doesn't slow me down. If it takes getting hurt to some extent to win, I can handle it. Not just in a usual 'push through the pain' kind of way. My body/mind doesn't go into shock at all. It's just another sensation. And between healers here and Force meditation, I can usually heal fairly quickly. I don't like depending on that and injuring myself. It's just that I appreciate how that distinction makes it harder for many opponents/enemies to predict me. To have a different set of logic.

No matter how strong or good an individual is, it doesn't make up for teamwork. And a team can win more than they would as a group of individuals. That's what makes it a team. More than the sum of our parts.

That sounds like a fun time. Bonus points for weapons that help with survival. Everything's gotta be useful, and among the Tuskens, usually 3 or 4 ways. It's not a bad philosophy.

Yeah, gonna rule out planning anything that's gonna depend on you getting hurt to make it work out right now. Already gotta remind myself that you don't have any Aura to count on when it comes to taking some blows.

The girls would really like you. You'd all give me even more gray hair than I've already got, but they'd like you.

Useful three or four ways, that's good. Sounds like my kind of philosophy. Think we can come up with a weapon that's useful at least three or four ways for you.

It's not my go to. More a plus if something goes really poorly. And not being in shock makes it easier for me to use the Force immediately. Which, no aura, no, but I can feel attacks coming with the Force, and not getting hit is better than an aura absorbing damage.

You've got a long way to go to catch up with Uncle Luke, so you're good.

Oh we will. I am SO EXCITED for my own weapon like yours. Which'll be better (for me) because it's mine.

You're not wrong about that one. Aura isn't limitless, dodging is if you're good enough at it. And that might be something worth thinking about when you're coming up with your design. Build something in to help you deflect a blow, maybe.

Glad to know I've got a standard to live up to on that one.

Thought you might be a little excited about it, didn't realize I'd earned all caps though.

What's appealing about that is using whatever they have against them. Strength? Direct their force. Precision? Make them miss. Plus, if I don't have to, I'd rather not kill anyone.

Bonus your skin isn't neaaaaaarly as wrinkled as Sliven's because you haven't lived in a desert under two suns your whole life. You look Super Young by at least two standards.

All caps don't have to be earned. They must simply be felt.
