Your thing actually sounds fantastic. You've got this birthday covered. But mind if I use that as inspo for something vaguely sometime in the future?

And happy birthday kid, what do you think of what he's offering? Good substitute?

I'm a firm supporter of distractions for those who need them so only trying to help out.

Would it matter if I said 'no?' Not that I intend to but just mildly curious.

Sounds good. Distractions can do a lot of good.

I mean, humans only live so long. In a hundred or so years or so, at the outset, you'll be gone, and I'd consider the copyright up at that point.

And even then, that'd probably still be somewhat restricted, because I had planned on making Crowley the goose from the Untitled Goose Game last October, but he left before I did it. So you wouldn't get to copyright experienced fun for all video games. But Mario, for sure.

They are and perhaps talking about lifespans isn't the best point of discussion at this moment.

Right.

Nah. And the portal could make anyone immortal. Usual rules don't entirely apply.

Imagination's fantastic. And the arts are a history of folks borrowing or being inspired by other things.
