I read an article that 80% of people fail at their new year resolution by Valentine's Day. I wonder how many have failed by the 10th of January.

The Tano gym is offering specials beyond extras like Crossfit packages and personal training.

I didn't really make any new year resolution, but I do want to get back into working out some. Since I feel like I've been slacking. So I'll have to stop by. I'll see if Wynonna wants to come, too.

That's probably true. Before we had a training schedule back home. When the Black Badge was around. Now it's been kind of not that.

Basically various fighting styles? Something to keep my reflexes up? I've gotten really good at fighting with sticks? I know that's not the actual thing you call them, but I never remember it.

There are a few different ones. Escrima's Filipino. Donga's more South African. Tahtib's Egyptian. Bartitsu's English I think? There may be a few other schools of stick fighting.

But we have't had a good boxing gym since Ring closed. Let me see if I can get something on the schedule.

I've not bought ads on most social media myself, but I work with adsense for my social media.

I think going from the advertiser angle it's just a different portal and, then we'd have to film something for video ads or get photos for facebook / instagram etc but can buy them through the gym's facebook page.

I'll look into it.

I'm glad you know all about it. I'd probably end up swallowed by the internet for days trying to figure it out.

I can hire someone for the ads, if necessary. Videographer and photographer. I think there's a few among the Displaced.
