You can do a little careful movement with it, not enough to strain it more but just enough to keep the muscles around it from getting stiff and making it worse. But don't use it to lift or twist or whatever. I'll check the first aid kit to make sure everything you're using is getting refilled.

And I can get more of that tea whenever we do run out, if you want to keep using it.

I don't know. I couldn't tell what you meant. But I don't think sleeping pills are a good idea unless nothing else is working.
