So not that I'm concerned that the hotel will come back, but just in case the hotel does come back, who here is familiar with demolitions? A lot of people have left, including one very beautiful, very angry looking construction worker named Frank Castle. And yes I'm well aware he was more than just a construction worker.

Demolitions? Anyone? Just for my personal edification.

I should make him cupcakes preemptively. What's a good preemptive cupcake flavor? Chocolate mint? Strawberries and cream?

I'm partial to strawberry but you could always ask him. He's at the Bureau fairly often, too. Unless this is intended as a surprise. I'd say don't go for mint. It's a gamble.
