This lock up is a hell of a lot more easy going than the last one.

They told me I wasn't allowed to leave until I found a guardian. Except my parents aren't here. They also said the X-Men are here and that posting about it wasn't going to cause a shit-storm.

I'm Lauren Strucker. I arrived a few hours ago and I'd really like to not be locked up here any longer. How do I find a new guardian?

I guess? I don't really have any control over it. If I touch water (and I'm not drinking it), I become a mermaid. It makes rain complicated. Well, most things, actually. Luckily most people already know I'm a mermaid, so if something happens, they won't be super surprised.

Yeah. I haven't been able to tell my family. Kim would tell everyone. Dad, I don't know. Our stepmom? I still don't really know.

We were trapped once and they tried to force us into being scientific experiments, but we got free luckily.
