I don't care if he thinks he could have been able to stop something from going wrong. That's not a guarantee no matter how confident he is in his own reactions or in what he's shown Fray with driving go-karts. Cars require you to be quick and reactionary. Yes, he most likely could have stopped anything bad from happening, but a split second can change everything. Someone could have run out from the side of the street. Someone could have slammed on their breaks. Another car could have come from the side and clipped them.
Fray has latched onto Ronan and will listen to any word he says. I don't understand why he didn't stop her. It wasn't doing her any favors. Ignoring what could have physically happened, she's entirely new to this world. If anyone else had pulled her over, she'd be not even sixteen with a record that she didn't know was possible to obtain. If he cared about her, he would be considering these things, regardless of how he feels about rules of society.
He doesn't get a say in how I raise my daughter or if I'm afraid of something happening to her or if I'm angry about that.
