Your newest resident has added a great deal of magic to his room, for what purpose I am not yet certain, though it does not appear to be dark or corrupted, and it is not his own magic.

If I had to guess at the magic's purpose, I would say it is defensive. Protective.

The part that is the most curious to me is that the magic does not appear to be his own power. If it is, he is hiding it quite well, but if he could hide it so well, he could also hide his wards.

If he does, it's less than the amount of power he got from someone else. Otherwise, why would he need the help?
