I know what you mean. Almost like it hurts, but without being the kind of painful you'd think of.
I'm gonna ask some questions, a few of them might seem a bit out of left field.
Is there anything you get excited about, or look forward to doing, like a hobby? Do you waste a lot of time just sitting and doing nothing because you can't be bothered doing anything else? Do you feel like you sleep and eat the right amount? Do you have trouble focusing on things? Ever get angry over something you either know or realise later wasn't a big deal? Is it sometimes hard to make decisions even over things that aren't very important? Does any of that stuff have an actual negative impact on your life? Make it hard to keep up relationships or routines or work?
