I was wanting to speak to you both about Megan. Would it be alright if I took her on a field trip for a week near the end of the semester? It would be taking place on the Island that Rogue has created and, if you give permission, will be serving not only as a field trip but a final project for what we've been working on with her magic studies this year.

I didn't say we weren't friends, I was legit asking if we're friends. I've asked Annie and Katniss the same thing before. I don't know what makes people friends.

Did you notice that most people had no idea about Fen? You knew. I only let my friends know about her before she arrived. So, yes, I consider you my friend.

And, for the record? Right now you are being a pretty shitty one. I can handle unpleasant but I'm not putting up with this "deal with it or not" bullshit. I call my friends out when they are being shit.

I'd have liked to have felt like you cared but I don't think that's the case.

No, I don't want an apology just because I'm calling you out. I just wanted to know if there was a miscommunication in the beginning and if for some reason you all thought he wasn't invited, since you seemed to care more about your phone and presumably him than what I invited you to.
