Some great news:

1. The Homestead's here!
2. So is my shotgun. My sweet baby. So good. I totally did not hug my gun
3. SO IS THE TRUCK!!!
4. So am I.

I'm glad also to be able to say no revenants will be getting on my yard. So points to that.

If anyone wants this old farm equipment, I really don't think I'm going to be using it or starting a farm anytime soon. Unless you'd like to argue about it, Doc. Do you have secret desires to use the farm equipment to start a farm on the grounds that I was previously unaware of?

If anyone needs a place to stay, I have two rooms to offer up. Wynonna's is off limits because she might show up. Willa's is free forever because she's not welcome even if she does show up

What kind of equipment do you have?

There's a tractor in the side yard and some things in the barn I'm not really sure about.

There's also a lot of shovels and saws and a lot of empty metal tanks around the yard.

And the tractor works?

I would gladly take it, as well as at least one of the shovels and saws, off your hands. Perhaps some of the tanks, I'd have to look at them. What do you want for them?

I don't know if I can promise it as I don't know how to operate it. I'm happy to find someone to look at it first.

Okay. Um. I don't even know. I don't know The tractor's probably the only thing potentially worth something. At least as far as I'm concerned.

Can I come and try it? I'm not entirely sure I'll know how to operate it either, but I'd like to give it a shot.

I have some savings to spare right now, that I'd budgeted for the farm. I could also do some work for you, if you needed it, in exchange. I'd offer you some vegetables, too, but mine aren't big enough to be picked yet.

Yeah. You can definitely come try it. I'll see if I can't find an operating manual on the internet.

Hm. We can work it out once you get a look at it. You're welcome to borrow the truck to move anything you need, too. It's pretty beat up, so it's not like that will be a problem.

That would be helpful.

[...] I don't actually know how to drive a truck, but I'm sure I can find someone who does. The tractor may be the harder thing to move, depending on how far away you are from my farm.

Not a problem. I'm excellent at this sort of thing.

Well, that I can also help with. I know how to drive a truck.

I'm glad, because the internet is still a thing I'm getting used to.

As are automobiles.

Well, if you ever need lessons on either, I am here. I have serious 'lack of things to research' problems right now.

As long as I'm not asking too much of you, or for things that I can't repay. I'm not entirely sure I trust myself behind the wheel of a car, but it would probably be a useful skill to know.

Please. I need things to do. I mean, I am honestly out of a lot of my normal things I do, so it'd be nice to not stare at the walls of my empty house (outside of Doc who insists on sleeping outside in the barn).

Then I will take you up on that offer. And I would be happy to exchange any work you need in trade.

Awesome! That works for me. I'm not really that good at fix-it-up stuff and I'm sure there's stuff that could use a little work.

I'm quite good at fixing things. So that sounds like a good deal to me.
