WIZARDING WORLD:

We're looking into making this base disappear from prying eyes. Unplottable, I believe is one of the spells for it. Maybe make the building still look as if no one is using it.

Is that something you could do? And if so, would you be willing to?
TONY STARKS:
Power. We want off the grid. You guys are both smart guys with clean energy sources.

Tony, Avengers Tower was self-sustaining — or would have been — for a year when the Chitauri attacked. You think you could replicate that here with what we have? And if so, what kind of deal can we make for it.

Do what? Unplottable or make a building look as if no one is using it. I'm thinking we'll need both.

Either one! Neither would be a one wizard task, however. But there are plenty of us that have experience in that sort of magic especially from our Wizarding Wars days.

I can definitely get creative. We should bounce some ideas around and see what we come up with.

Looks like you've got some volunteers.

Here's the other thing. Right now, we have no funds, so this would need to be a pro-bono situation. In the future, if we need those wards upped again, we will be able to compensate you.

Ah, that would be no trouble at all, Ms. Romanoff. I understand completely how it feels to be lacking in funds.

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you're talking about the not so functional military base.

Not that I'd complain of having the entire town running on clean energy, but that's two completely different projects.

You'd be correct.

We're looking to keep the military and the government off our backs, and a military base that suddenly came online and is using power again... Bound to gain attention.

Plus whatever communications set up they had going, although with the time difference there, that's probably lower tech than anyone is used to.

I'm in to help, but I'll follow Goatee's lead on the set up. I'm not too proud to admit he has me beat with that arc reactor tech.

I'm talking with some of the Wizarding World people about making this place look deserted. Nosy townspeople talking. The tech here is a step above late 90s for the rest of the world, but much lower now.

I'll twist Goatee's arm.

Will we need to do some trouble shooting about the power sources and tech working with any magical barriers? Wasn't that a thing in Harry Potter that tech and magic don't like each other that much? Or will whatever is negating powers in the facility keep that magic from affecting what's inside the place?

The power dampeners seem to be within the building itself, so I think if we keep the spell on the grounds and around the building, we might be fine. That's something for me to ask the magical people though.

We may need to do some trouble-shooting.

No twisting required. Shouldn't be a problem, provided Junior chips in with his resources. I have all the plans for the Tower prototype, but I lack the ability for follow-through on something this large at the moment. Can we bribe the portal into dropping off Stark Industries HQ?

Maybe if you're nice, Santa will dropped it off for Christmas.

I would think I was joking if it weren't for my Christmas present.

Which is a good place to set up shop. Or at least to get started. It's the best place to look for resources some resources we might need.

Bill and I did something like this back in the Fall for our land where we're setting up show. And with as many of us as there are now, it shouldn't be difficult at all.

And I'll gladly help.

Great. Looks like your father and Harry's parents are willing to help so those should be some good odds that the spells will be nice and strong.
