What the fuck just happened? Why is this a thing that has to happen? Let's put our minds together for figuring out a way to not get any memory dumps. I'd like to hear some ideas. Magical. Scientific. Whatever we've got here.

[There be spoilers for The Magicians, season 3 up to episode 7 in here. And yes, Margo's lost an eye!]

I usually am. Unfortunately, I don't believe in tact.

Okay, so he what? Channeled a bunch of magic into the batteries and they held it? Like a magical cell? How did he get them in there? What did he use to keep it there? Some kind of special metal? Sigils?

Please, I have much better taste when it comes to people than Snape. I'd never set you up with a child abuser.

I think it's fitting.

There's a lot, starting with the fact that I watched the man who was GOING to be my husband get decapitated by his younger brother. But you all know about that. On the plus side, that little shit thinks we consummated the marriage.

It's a part of your charm. Or something.

I don't remember exactly. They were like [...] metal balls? I guess he channeled the magic into them. We could probably figure out a way to make them. I mean [...] it's us we're talking about.

Thank you for that. Because I may be keenly aware of how long it's been since I've had sex, but I'm not that desperate.

I thought so, too. Apparently Arielle and Eliot had a bet going about whether or not I was going to name our son after a Chatwin.

Yeah. You mentioned that part. He does? How'd you manage that one?

Do you remember if there were any markings on them? Cause that would be super helpful. Which you probably don't because that's our luck.

Wait. Alice got one of those batteries for Christmas. Is it here with her?

I'd offer to see what Thor thought of you, but he thought he was going to break me.

Eliot definitely won that bet.

I'd been putting him off by telling him that Earth vaginas have teeth. Then I found out the toads in Fillory have teeth.

Sorry, Margo.

I don't know.

Well, we both see that he did not. Eh. I'll figure something out. Only seriously not with anyone I might end up with a crush on or already have a crush on because that's exhausting.

He did. She didn't have to go along with it, I guess. I don't want to be Harry Potter about my child naming. But I'm pretty okay with the fact that she did.

You would use Teeth to get you out of sex with a creepy child. You had a toad bite his dick? I feel for the boy and also bow down to your genius.
