Full disclosure, I am amaaazing at playlists and also rock climbing is pretty great. It's not parachuting out of a plane, but it's also pretty high up. I'm making a promise to myself to do more adventurous things that would probably make Wynonna's hair turn gray and probably is already making Doc question his 'keep Waverly Earp safe' thing.

So who is with me? I am here for epic friendships and a lot of super excited rambling about things that I'm interesting in.

Also I'm kind of hoping that I might get the chance to go ziplining, so I'm hoping the next place is like suuuuper awesome and has ziplining and all kinds of things to do. Official request to the universe/whatever is in control here: Lots of adventure, exactly zero surprise battles.

What are you interested in? Ziplining would be fun. And hey if you wear a jetpack you have a backup system. I also just already have a jetpack, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ why not

Well. I haven't tried a ton of things back home because I was [...] busy. I just [...] I told someone once that I wanted to do things that terrified me. I guess to prove that I could do it. Jetpack? I have never had one. I kind of hoped I was going to get a flamethrower when I joined the Black Badge, but no such luck.

Whether you stop or keep being scared of them, it sounds good. Jetpacks are awesome. Ours are more designed for space than with regular planetary gravity, but they still work well there. And flamethrowers aren't that hard to build. In a bind, you could even go lighter and hairspray. But there are bigger.

We don't have much use for jetpacks in Purgatory. Oh, but not the hell place. It's just called Purgatory. They sound cool, though. I was in space last time, though. Not really a fan. Bad memories. I can research how to kill a revenant and how to do spells in Latin, but building flamethrowers is definitely not part of my skill set.

It's interesting we need to specify that here. 'cause there are people from those kinds of places. IMO bad things can happen anywhere, but so too can amazing things. I've had a lot of both in my time in space. So I hope you won't right it all off. So you're in a place named Purgatory which isn't a purgatory, but you have dead people to kill? Interesting. Well, I could probably teach you how to make a flamethrower. It sounds handy where you are. Also in lots of situations! Sometimes you just want to have fun.

Yeah. I never had to before. I don't have to if I'm talking to people who already know. Purgatory is part of the Ghost River Triangle. It's the splitting of the Ghost River in two. If the Revenants cross the boundary, it's said they experience hell on Earth. Meaning, basically, they experience serious physical pain and sort of start burning alive without any actual fire. I never saw it, but Wynonna said it was pretty bad. It's [...] basically it imprisons the outlaws killed by Wyatt Earp. When an Earp heir dies, the revenants killed by the previous heir resurrect and basically the only way to kill them is with Peacemaker once the heir turns 27. The Earp heir has to be the one to kill them. If they die before they send them all back to hell, then they resurrect again with the next heir.

It's the Earp curse. My sister Wynonna is the heir. It was supposed to be our sister Willa, but she sort of tried to kill both of us and free the revenants from Purgatory to make hell on Earth.

Um. But sure. That would be cool.

Huh. People generally learn from their past experiences, so that just sounds like it would get harder on each successive Earp heir. Guess the name fits the town though. Seems like a bad situation.

But flamethrowers are cool. Even without revenants. Cause your basics really are: flammable material, system to deliver it at the rate you want, ignition, and... aiming. Other than that it's just what you want to do with them. :)))

It's hard to say. But it's basically something. I'd always wanted to be the heir, but then it never turned out that way because I'm the youngest.

Well, they definitely sound worth the learning. I don't have my gun here, so I'm hoping it'll be at the Homestead.

You’d have to lose your sister. Which isn’t worth it.

It’s a fairly anti-weapons ship. No matter how many people had I’ve only heard of one or two coming through. I have one weapon here. But science! Gives us more. We should probably test them somewhere safe. Like pointed off the ship.

No. Also I'd still have to wait to be 27. I'm pretty young still. But Wynonna's more important than being the heir.

Most likely. Or at the next port.

Well that too. And agreed there. If you can help her get them all then problem solved.

Next port might be good. There will probably be SOMEWHERE we can use flamethrowers.

I'm the best at research when it comes to the revenants. That's probably the years of searching talking, though.

Probably!

What kind of research have you done? How much information is passed generation to generation? I really hope you guys aren't reinventing the wheel so to speak.

Lets count on it! Flamethrower day!
