All my kids are here and they're all older than me.

Ginny and I aren't together and that makes it feel even stranger, I think.

I don't know what to do. How do I act?

It's a me thing. She asked me on a date recently and I turned her down. I don't ... know how to date right now.

I totally get it. Be honest with them. I understand not wanting to disappoint someone. I didn’t want to disappoint Ron by not being who he wanted me to be.

I'm still shook up. It's been awhile now but I'm still not right.

You only have a few years difference with Ron. He'll love you no matter what, you know that, right? I think he loved you before either of you knew.

About the war? Is that what’s going on in your time? You aren’t together?

I know. And maybe he did. Maybe he needed to take all of that time to figure it out. I know it was a silly thing to worry about, but my point is I get how you feel. When you love someone so much and the last thing in this world you want is to disappoint them. But if you’re honest from the start there’s nothing to be disappointed about.

Probably the best idea.

I mean, I don't care if the world knows I'm scared to talk to my kids, but private seems best.

Oh, Harry. Sometimes, especially at night, I can still hear her voice. I can feel the burning. But you know what helps? You. Ron. I don’t have any idea what I’m doing dating either. Maybe you should talk to her. Obviously things work out.

Ron’s way to deal with it was “giving me space” he thought I needed. But we talked.

No one needs to know. It’s none of their business.

I don't think you really do anything, mate. Just get to know them. Let them get to know you. I'd reckon you're different to them too, seeing as you're still young and spry and have all your hair.
