Don't know if you all saw apart from Damian but my girlfriend from home just showed up.

I told her who I am. Was planning to back home then this jump happened. Add in the fact that we're more or less fictional here, didn't see the point in keeping it quiet. Haven't told her about your alter egos though. I'm not a dreg like that but she probably will put two and two together given enough time.

If it were Bruce with the girlfriend, I'd say it was poor judgement on her part because he is married to the job. But you're different. More human.

I'm glad that she is here for you and appreciate you keeping our identities secret. It's not that I don't trust your judgement to trust her, I've just got to work out for myself if I can. You know what we're like, paranoid to the last minute.

	Sucks but maybe it happened for a reason, shitty as a reason as it could be. Gotham needed a Batman and it drove me to become Batman. It is fun. Especially with the toys. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Yeah. In my case it was Batman needed a Robin, and I refused to take no for an answer. Gadgets are cool. But back to the girlfriend, how do you make it work? Steph and I tried but it fizzled. There were other reasons than the job that were a factor in that, but still it was hard to find the right balance. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

I...have never had a Robin. Closest I've come has been my friend Max. You'd like her. She used computers and was able to come up with some algorithm thing that deduced who I was. The old man and I had to pretty much order her she could only help on computers and not do anything in the field. Didn't always work but it mostly kept her safe.

Might help that Dana and I were a thing before the cowl. But I've fought tooth and nail to stay with her.
