I really miss the open water. Swimming in the pool is not the same thing.

So when the ship slows down for the fishing, would anyone mind helping Bella and I to get on and off the boat so we could swim in the ocean for a little while. We might even be able to help your fishing a little?

	It's not the same. At least you can swim right now. I can't go in the water while my leg is broken, or I'll damage my cast. Though I suppose I could always bend the water around it to keep it from getting wet, but that takes out half the fun. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	A mermaid? Like, half-human, half-fish? I've never actually met a mermaid. They were just in stories where I'm from. Yeah. That's what they call the person who control all four elements back home. 	Yes. Um. We I found this magical pool called the Moon Pool on an island near home. I fell into it during a full moon and the next day I turned into a mermaid while I was in the bath. So is it something that you're chosen for? Are you born an Avatar? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	That sounds interesting, to say the least. Something like that. It's a little weird to explain. There's only ever one at a time, so as soon as the previous Avatar dies, the next one is born. So, it's kind of like reincarnation, but you don't always find out that you're the Avatar right away. Well, I did, but I was a bit of an early bloomer. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
