Alright. I'm okay. I'm with Barry, he'll be okay in a short time. HR is zonked on a bunch of pain medication and broke his lower leg/ankle area and is talking about the high tech metal on his body making him "totally metal", whatever he means by that. And he insists on having Kraken calamari.

How are the rest of you?

That's what I keep telling my sister. She's bringing me water, I don't think I could really keep anything else down really need anything else right now. Thanks, though.

We're still going to worry. Not as much as Kara, though. If you decide you need anything let me know. I'm giving you and Kara space unless you want me around.
