You were his best friend, not just his ... whatever the two of you ended up as. It's hard to see your friends become friends with other people. You wonder if they like you as much as they like them. I get it.

I was jealous of you and Gale. I was jealous you had a sister like Prim that you loved so much. I'm bad at it, too. But I don't want to scare Murphy off.

No, it is. It's partly because it's making you out to be angry and murderous, but also because it's stupid if the only reason he wouldn't flirt with someone else is because he's scared of you. That's not right, is it? I mean, he should be scared of hurting you just because he wants to make you happy, not because he's afraid you'll kill him. Unless that's something you want, but it doesn't sound like it is.

I had three older brothers. And my parents. My mom stayed at home, taught me to build shit. And I hardly ever saw my dad. They were all killed when I wouldn't let Snow do to me what he did to Finnick.
