It's not always easy to get together with five, ten, or more people when you're not living in the same house. That's how it was for me back home. We were mainly split over three cities across the US, so yeah, it's easier on holidays when school and work give you time off at the same time.

But you seem pretty set on hating this particular holiday and I'm not sure what I'm trying to change here, so I think I'm good with ending this conversation. Have a good day, pal.
