	It’s traditional. And last year I didn’t have any. Trust me, I can see the whole economic ploy and I have no particular plan to contribute. Where I came from, if you had food for Thanksgiving you tended to be thankful, period. Yeah, and a lot of my life has been like that too. And yet, other people seem to think it's perfectly okay to waste what would feed someone for a week.

Oh believe me, I know. Next week I'll be complaining about Christmas starting so freakin' early. I have something set up for the next eight weeks at least.

	I was thinking it was amazing that you could get anything here, year around, but then I decided that some things were better when they were in season anyway. If you're shopping for fresh produce, Farmers Markets are the only real way to actually support the supply chain without falling into the supermarkets and their schemes for consumerism.

New Year is just an excuse to get drunk, Valentine's is just a farce created by the card and candy company, Easter is another over indulgence and candy ploy. I can really go all year.
