The shit was fucking with magic so much we kept having brown-outs in Fillory. Eliot was an idiot and decided to duel someone. That guy killed over a dozen people in a duel, and El can't hold a sword worth shit. So we found a magical sword. Magical sword. Needs magic. During the duel, magic went out.

I made a deal with fairies for Eliot's first born for the fairies to fix the fucking Wellspring. Before you start calling me names, yes, I'm aware that I'm a manipulative cunt, but Eliot was going to die.

Or so I thought.

Turns out, he managed to convince the other king to marry him.

So everything I did was for nothing.

So if things in the cottage seem hectic, it's not you.
