Is it typical to go from one holiday to the next without so much as a break between them?

ANAKIN SKYWALKER:

Tell me about this Doctor Aphra? I've heard her name in certain circles, but never met her or had dealings with her. How did you meet her?
PADME AMIDALA:
We should go to dinner or do something soon. It's been a while.
LUKE SKYWALKER:
How are you feeling?

There is a holiday before the one in nearly two months. Thanksgiving. The one with all of the food.

They seemed to have skipped over that one. I liked that one greatly.

No, it is still happening. There simply isn't as many decorations for it. You'll see more about Thanksgiving in the sales for food at the grocery stores.

It's a shame we couldn't come up with our own holiday. Displaced Day.

I don't see why we couldn't.

We could use the day most of us arrived in Tumbleweed as that day.

I'm uncertain when that was but it could work.

I don't know it off the top of my head either. I just remember that it was very hot and shortly after was the Tumbleweed Festival. People dressing as tumbleweeds is still the funniest thing to me.

I came a month or so later. And yes, I was pleased to see that tradition happens every year.

Yes, I remember. You sent a psychic blast and that began our friendship.

Indeed. You were one of the few who wasn't bothered by it.

It's only natural when in a new place to reach out with the skills and talents you have, and there was no intent to harm behind it.

Agreed. Fancy a walk with me later?

The time change makes it seem so much later than it is. A walk in the moonlight it is.

Though it is nice to have the sun greet us earlier in the morning.
