Yeah. I'm..... Apparently future me is ~~gay, and in a gay~~ in a relationship with another person who is also here but ~~where~~ when I'm from I haven't even met this person yet. So, they know me, like really really know me. Like know me in the kissy-make-out-sharing-a-bed-and-being-giggly-lovely kind of way and.... That person is a stranger to me. A really sweet, smart, nice stranger.... but a stranger. Sort of. They know my best friend and my best friend knows them, but I don't know them, and it's just.... Really frustrating... and confusing.

Not to say what you experience wasn't a completely legitimate and vulnerable moment of realization and coming of age into a new piece of yourself while growing into a better understanding of self, but.... I know it's not this big, romantic gesture or anything, but I just realized that there was something more there. It was kind of a fleeting thought at first, then it kept happening. There came a time when I realized it was a lot deeper than just an attraction, so I just try to keep it all buried because if she doesn't feel the same I really don't want to mess up our friendship.
