	Not much water here. Do you need water to survive? I don't think Gallifrey is in this universe. Or Turo for that matter. We're somewhere different now, an alternative universe. Then this is a great place for you. We're out in the middle of a desert. A desert means lots of heat and sand, but little water.

The Doctor who said he'd watch over you is also me. I'm older, in a different body. People from Gallifrey, Time Lords, instead of dying, our bodies regenerate, they heal and change. That Doctor is me in the past. Does that make sense to you?
