Okay, y'all, we're going to be remeeting with the military. I reckon helping to contain the damage that occurred and defeating the threats is gonna work a bit in our favor. But we need to know what y'all are wanting.

It depends on what tone you're going for.

We can make it a simple discussion: "We clearly find ourselves in a peculiar position. There is a possibility that more problems will arise as time passes. We will deal with them and keep the spaces we occupy safe on the condition that you do the following things..." Or it can be meaner than that. You know better what they'll respond best to just for having worked with them more than the rest of us.
