Caiti hadn't felt this alone in a while. Not since Jim and Bones had moved into her room with her. She supposed she would find them again if she tried hard enough; if they did, too, but she wasn't terribly worried about losing them, so long as their faces stayed off the walls. Caiti wasn't hurt, or anything, so she didn't want to bother either of them being concerned with her, so she'd just started walking, looking for her room. Once she got there, she'd send them a message if they hadn't beaten her there and then they could just meet her there.
Though, Caiti found out, the previous night, that it wasn't quite that easy. For a long while, she'd found herself locked out of the house entirely, shivering because it was chilly out in the front yard. She'd banged on the door for a while and, failing that, she'd attempted to send a message on the network for someone to find her, but she'd been unable to get it to send. Eventually, she'd retreated from the door and holed herself up in a corner on the dilapidated porch, curling tightly into herself to keep warm and hoping that someone would come outside soon so that she could get back in. She had faith that, if nothing else, Bones would bring Ozzy out to pee and she'd just go back in with them.
At some point, she'd passed out when Bones hadn't come, though, and when she woke up, Caiti was significantly less cold and more comfortable. ...she'd woken up again in the furniture room, sprawled lazily on one of the many discarded and neglected couches. "...ah, stink!"
Sighing, Caiti got to her feet and peeked her head out into the hall, hanging onto the door way with one hand curled around the frame on either side as she leaned out. "Hello...? Anybody out there...?"
