Finn & Miller challenge #2 today Warnings: all kinds Status: in progress |
After Echo's return from her death match Finn had been keeping a close eye on her. It was weird. Especially from the time that Finn came from, but Finn had weirdly gotten used to the grounder. Maybe it had something to do with the frame of mind that Finn was in lately. Nothing seemed right. Everything was tense and awkward and Finn couldn't wrap his head around most things that were going on. Back home he was dead. He had no future when everything was said and done here, he knew that and nearly accepted it, but what he wished most was that he could remember everything that happened that led up to his death. From what he had been told it wasn't pretty. There was a reason there was so much animosity between him and Murphy. A reason why it was hard for Clarke to look at him. So much had happened and Finn didn't feel like he was part of his people anymore. It was a horrible feeling, but one he couldn't shake. Yes, he was being a dick to Murphy. But that only came natural. From what he knew Murphy was lucky that was all Finn was doing. But he couldn't change things and so he was getting close to others because what else could he do? Echo continued to give him side eye as he checked in on her before he crashed on his bed but that wasn't the shocking part. The shocking part was when he rolled over and reached for his pillow only to find nothing but a bare sheet and cold air. In a flash Finn was sitting up and squinting in the dark room. Right away he knew he wasn't in his apartment and that had him scrambling to his feet. "Oh, shit." Finn was waiting for his turn in these stupid challenges but it came before he was really ready for it. What the fuck was this? Was this a death match? The creepy house of horrors? The killer clown thing? He wasn't sure, but he knew the faster he got through this the faster he got back. Reaching for the door he pulled it open and paused when he heard footsteps coming down the hall. |
