Sirius sighed and let his eyes slip closed. He couldn't think of the last time he'd actually slept. On the nights he didn't wake up covered in mud he was always pulled awake by dreams. But he was so tired, and Remus was so warm.
"You make me feel..." he was being pulled under, dragged into sleep by a weeks worth of exhaustion and fear. "You make me feel like a real person." He knew he wasn't really making sense, but it was true. With Remus he felt he could just be himself. Not a prankster, or a ladies man, or a perfect son. Just him, and it was enough. "You're the only one..." His thoughts trailed away, bouyed by rapidly approaching sleep. "It's just you."
