Remus listened carefully, placing each puzzle piece on a map inside his brain. There were gaps, missing pieces, and unfortunately there were many of them. Too many for him to be able to fill in the holes on his own at this point in time. He didn't want Sirius to feel hopeless, though. Maybe if they kept talking about it a bit more, something else would come to him.
A Lord? Remus wished Sirius could remember who that other man was. That might help something. Right now, their only real lead was Lucius Malfoy, and there was likely very little they could do to get any sort of truth out of him. It was very evident to him now that Malfoy had drugged Sirius with some sort of salve or powder that reacted upon the touch of another person. A love potion, an aphrodisiac, or something of the sort.
"Slitted eyes..?" He repeated the description as a crease furrowed into his brow. "Coming at you? Like a bat? Or a snake?"
