Micah gave Jack a dirty look for the hamstring comment, listening to the others and shaking his head. "It's not passive, it's understanding that everything you just described," he said pointing to Jack, "is exactly what we don't want to do. Not right now. While incapacitating me might get your job done for now, scare the others into following you, how do you explain a gashing wound to my leg to my staff at my hospital? Those urges are what we need to control, not use them in some sort of glorified pissing contest."
Micah felt his fist ball up, but he managed to keep his tone even. "You're reckless, which is massively obvious by the fact that you snuck out of here well before you should have, putting yourself at a massive risk because you're too proud to take help or admit that you can't do something. We can't be like that. There are people who will hunt us down and after what I saw out there where there are zombies, I don't doubt them. We don't need to be reckless or better we need to be cautious."
