Lavi's eye widened, and he crouched down to trace the edges of the print with his fingertips. He didn't actually understand Albel's words, but the gist wasn't hard to follow. "Something big, and heavy, and superheated," he replied, and glanced around a bit nervously. He was still unarmed, and though Albel had a sword, Lavi wasn't sure he wanted to rely on a stranger for protection. "Question is, where are the rest of them?"
He stood and looked around, trying to find any other prints. Why would it only leave one print behind?
