We were kind of a thing before this thing happened that turned half the folks young.

Faith, you're not the type of person to listen to someone just because they tell you to. So I'm not going to be all 'listen to me or else'. I can explain things as best I can if you want or you can ask someone else.

More or less? Like, does he know she dies? I don't want to accidentally tell him that, if he doesn't know, cause I know. I mean, its his sister.

I'm normal. Fifteen and normal. So that's something to be thankful for I guess. And I'm fine, I'm just trying to keep an eye on Mom and Dad... cause I think he's a little... I don't know, the last couple of months have been a ringer for all of us.

That the gods are stirring. Something about this world - the message wasn't completely clear. But this world has their attention.. so I don't know if there are unclaimed demigods here or if we should expect monsters or what? But I'm wearing her cloak everywhere and keeping my weapons and dogs with me.

I told him she's not here, but that I'm taking care of him in her absence - so not a total lie. But I'd prefer not to tell him she's dead.

Normal is good.

I can't imagine what it's been like for you guys - between the memory upgrades and the different universes. The closest I've ever come to anything like that is when we nearly went to war with Greeks because some of our people got switched and the Greek and Roman gods were at war.

You know if there's anything you need or just need to talk, or want to just talk to Nico without me around, just say the word, right? You're family, and I'd face any monsters or gods for you and your siblings, just like I would for Nico.

Would they have arrived in the pods too? I thought there weren't really like, I thought the gods weren't really here in this world. Although I guess, they could be, right? I mean, if Earth was where they are in your world, this is a version of Earth. Like, there are stories about some of them in the library, so they could be actually here too...?

I'm on board with not telling him that. There's some things you shouldn't have to carry around until it's time to do so.

I mean, whatever normal is here, because I'm pretty certain normal would be not dying at 17 or whatever, and also having a mom who remembers you and not some other kid ~~that~~ and I also the Falcon, the lack of spaceships is not normal.
