In all the chaos, I neglected to formally introduce myself here when I arrived, and now I realize it's been two weeks. You'll have to forgive me. I'm still new at this technology thing. It wasn't that long ago I finally figured out how to use the twitter.
Hello, I'm Steve Rogers. I've met some of you through our jobs here so far, so hello again. It's been a pleasure to get to know everyone so far, and I'm looking forward to getting to know you all better. Back home, I'm an Av a soldier, and before that, I wanted to be an artist. I'll be continuing to work with Rescue & Recovery here, as well as with the military, and wherever else I'm needed.
MCU AVENGERS & SAM WILSON:
We're still missing a few members of our team, but there's no time like the present to start sorting ourselves out. We'll just play catch-up with the others if they ever get here.BUCKY BARNES (MCU):
Despite the troubling things I've heard about what's been going on back home under our noses (and, go figure, behind my back in a world I tried to change, and apparently failed at again), I don't think there's much point in us worrying about it from here, not when there's nothing we can do about it. What I'm more concerned with is how we're settling in here and how we can make the most of this situation moving forward. Make friends, especially with the people from this world. Make ourselves useful. We're not going to make friends by ordering everyone around like we know better.
I'm sure some of our allies from our world won't be thrilled to hear me say this, because there's someone here who has done some pretty awful things to them, and I want to respect their feelings, but until we have a better grasp of this place - and, more importantly, until the leaders here begin to trust us - we can't exactly try to have Ward punished for the things he's admitted to, or the things other people have said he's done. I know none of us would like it if newcomers swept in and tried to do the same thing to us, and without any physical proof, I don't think we'd get very far. For now, I think it's best if we just keep our eyes out and get settled in. If something happens here, we'll address it and bring up whatever relevant history there is. I'm not saying this makes it right. What I'm saying is that we're not the judge and jury. And I think he's willing to talk to me, at least, so I can see if there's anything I can do to make this easier on everyone.
Oh, and Tony, this is Sam. We call him Falcon. Sam, this is Tony. You've already heard about him.
Now, we all remember me testing out how well the serum works when I bring a helicarrier down on top of me, right?
Hey, just thought I'd check in. How are you doing?
