I know it's a long way off, but I have to say that I am absolutely craving my mom's Swedish meatballs. I don't know if any of the cooks know how to make them, but as soon as we have all of the ingredients, I am so going to show you guys how.

Actually, I'm really just missing home right now. I would have gone to all of the Mets home games by now. And would have looked at flights to the West Coast at least a dozen times a day for the games that aren't at home. Anyone want to raid the gym storage and see if there are any gloves and bats are in there, and have a pickup softball game before play practice?
